At EMINI, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do our best to ensure quality products and smooth delivery, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns or refunds.

Please note that due to international shipping costs and logistics, we generally do not recommend returning products unless absolutely necessary. If you believe a return is required, please read the following policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request the return within 15 days of receiving your item
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us first for approval and return instructions

Unapproved returns will not be accepted

Return Process

To start a return:

  • Email us at info@emini.com.au
  • Wait for confirmation and a return address (items may need to be returned to different locations)
  • Once approved, ship the item and provide us with the tracking number

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized (Print-On-Demand) products
  • Items returned without approval
  • Products received over 15 days ago

 

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage
  • Order number and relevant communication (e.g. email or dispute)

We’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item, wrong size/color, or something is missing, we’ll send a replacement or full refund. No need to return the incorrect product.

  1. Out of Stock

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

 

Unable to Ship

If we cannot ship the item due to restrictions or carrier limitations, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund

 

Delayed Orders

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe:

  • More than 45 days under normal conditions
  • More than 50 days during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday)
    You may request a full refund.

Note: Delays due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unresponsiveness are not eligible for refunds.

 

Cancelled Orders

You may cancel an order for a full refund before the item is shipped. Orders for custom-made items (e.g., Print-On-Demand) cannot be canceled once in production.

 

Missing Packages

If a package is lost during transit and cannot be located, we will issue a full refund.

 

When Refunds Are Not Granted

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Unclaimed packages destroyed by carriers
  • Tracking information showing “refused,” “unknown recipient,” or incorrect addresses
  • Disputes raised more than 15 days after the order
  • Disputes with expired tracking information (older than 180 days)
  • Orders affected by force majeure (natural disasters, customs issues, war, etc.)
  • Customer preferences (e.g. item doesn’t match taste or smells unusual)
  • Minor sizing discrepancies if measurement method was incorrect

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card), or optionally to your store credit for faster processing. Store credit can be used for future purchases or withdrawn at any time.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
